Katie G recently joined A&D Equipment, where she plays a key role in customer relations, purchasing, and supporting daily operations. Since coming on board, she has enjoyed collaborating with Team A&D and building strong relationships with clients.
Prior to A&D, Katie built a successful career as a business professional overseeing daily operations and processes. In that role, she specialized in optimizing workflows, managing resources to meet financial goals, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering strong team collaboration all while ensuring compliance with company policies. She brings these strengths in leadership, strategic thinking, and communication to her work every day.
What Katie values most about A&D Equipment is the balance of professionalism and the close-knit, family-oriented culture. She is driven by the satisfaction of providing real value to customers and helping make their day-to-day operations easier.
Outside of work, Katie is passionate about fitness and has a deep love for animals. She’s also a fan of fast cars, and the Florida Keys are her favorite place to unwind. Above all, Katie treasures time spent with her family and friends.
