Tim Brechlin has been a key member of the A&D Equipment team for the past three years, serving as Parts and Service Supervisor. In this role, Tim oversees all parts orders, service calls, equipment installations, and customer training, while also managing daily warehouse operations to ensure everything runs efficiently and seamlessly.
With a professional background in residential construction, Tim brings a deep understanding of tools, equipment, and hands–on problem solving to A&D. His experience building houses and working with his hands makes him a natural fit for the fast–paced, technical demands of parts and service management. He takes pride in helping customers get the most out of their equipment and genuinely enjoys teaching others how to use new tools safely and effectively.
One of Tim’s favorite aspects of working at A&D Equipment is the opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of projects and see some truly impressive equipment in action. He finds motivation not only in achieving results, but also in the sense of purpose and responsibility that comes with supporting customers and the team.
Outside of work, Tim is an avid hockey player and coaches his son’s hockey team. He also enjoys camping and riding motorcycles. Known around the company for his quick wit and strong personality, Tim proudly embraces his role as the team’s resident instigator, keeping things lively while always getting the job done.
