Kerry Rosa

Kerry Rosa has been a valued member of the A&D Equipment team for the past three years, serving as Donna’s Administrative Assistant. In this role, Kerry supports all aspects of the business, from answering calls and coordinating shipments to keeping customers informed on their attachments and stepping in wherever support is needed.

With more than 30 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant and Membership Director at several country clubs, Kerry brings exceptional customer service skills and a people-first mindset to A&D. Her ability to communicate effectively with customers and collaborate with coworkers allows her to help navigate challenges and ensure a positive experience for everyone involved.

Kerry enjoys learning the excavating industry and building strong relationships with both customers and teammates. She values flexibility, approachable leadership, and a workplace culture where questions are encouraged and learning is supported. Working for a company that truly values its employees and customers and whose commitment doesn’t end after the sale is especially important to her.

Motivated by both results and the satisfaction of knowing she made a difference, Kerry takes pride in being someone others can rely on to help them succeed. Outside of work, she’s an enthusiast of classic sports cars and rugged trucks, drawn to their timeless style, powerful engines, and the music that comes with the ride. She also enjoys road trips with her family, pickleball, beach time and warm weather, puzzles, good wine, and spending time with friends, often “just because.”
