Jennifer Tzetzo has been a valued member of Team A&D for three years, serving as Special Projects Coordinator and supporting executive leadership through collaboration, organization, and strategic insight. In her role, Jen manages cross–departmental initiatives, tracks performance metrics, advances professional development efforts, and develops written content for both internal and external communications. She also serves as a liaison between the president, employees, and customers, helping ensure clarity, alignment, and strong working relationships across the organization.
With 30 years of experience in education, Jen brings a unique and well–rounded perspective to A&D Equipment. She holds a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree, and a sixth–year degree in Educational Leadership, and currently serves as both a Dean of Students and an Athletic Director. Her background has strengthened her ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, think strategically, and translate ideas into actionable plans. Jen especially enjoys brain storming with leadership and offering an outside perspective that supports innovation and growth.
Jen values being part of a team that works toward a common goal and appreciates A&D’s leadership culture, where employees are consistently supported and recognized. She has known Donna and Anthony for over 25 years and initially joined A&D with a short–term goal of putting her daughter through college. However, her positive experience and strong connection to Team A&D have made her role one she envisions continuing for years to come.
Outside of work, Jen enjoys reading, bowling, and spending time with her family and friends.
