Ian Augur

Ian Augur is a Sales Representative at A&D Equipment, where he has been supporting customers for the past 1.5 years. In his role, Ian works closely with customers to evaluate hydraulic attachments that help them complete more tasks and improve efficiency with their existing equipment.

With a career rooted in sales and a lifetime surrounded by heavy equipment, Ian brings both experience and practical insight in to every customer’s interaction. His greatest strengths are his deep equipment knowledge and his ability to listen carefully to customer needs, allowing him to recommend solutions that truly add value. What Ian enjoys most about his role is building relationships and working with customers from all over the country, something he considers the most important part of his job.

Ian values long–term partnerships and believes that customer success is the foundation of his own success. Outside of work, he enjoys boating and playing softball, and he prioritizes staying healthy. A fun fact about Ian is that he’s fascinated by the ocean. If there’s one thing customers should know about him, it’s this: when they win, he wins too.
